Therapy that helps to get you closer to the life you want to live.

Emotional Regulation

Do you ever feel like your emotions put you into “auto-pilot” mode? Do you want to have more say in choosing how to react, instead of just responding to your emotions in the moment?

Therapy can help you identify what emotions are happening, understand their function and origin, and let go of what’s unhelpful about those emotions. Therapy can be a space to build skills in regulating those emotions, helping you connect with yourself as you navigate life’s challenges.

Boundaries & Relationships

It can be a challenge to navigate our relationships with others, be it with friends, co-workers, bosses, loved ones, or family. Boundaries create and maintain a sense of calm in our lives, and actually help feel us be more connected in the long run.

Therapy can help clarify what boundaries will be helpful for your unique situation, as well as find strategies for implementing them.

Panic Attacks & Anxiety

Psychological therapy can help with managing the symptoms of panic and anxiety.

Therapy can help you understand your unique triggers, as well as the links between your thoughts, body, actions, and the anxiety itself. Most importantly, therapy can help you figure out how to reduce the likelihood of these feelings, as well as what to do when you feel this way so you can get back to living your life.

Phobias & Fears

Phobias are specific fears that can be debilitating and greatly impact one’s ability to live a life that feels full and rich. Rebecca has worked with clients to overcome fear in many areas (e.g., driving, animals, enclosed spaces, leaving the house, etc.)

Psychological therapy can help you understand more about why this fear happens and what you can do about it. Using a gentle and gradual approach involving Exposure Therapy, Rebecca helps clients better understand and build tolerance for that which seems impossible, helping clients get back to what matters most.

Stress Management

Are you feeling stressed?

Whether it’s from work, home, or social life, psychological therapy can help. Using therapy techniques rooted in mindfulness and positive psychology, you’ll learn more about what causes stress in your life and build skills to manage it.

Personal Growth & Life Changes

Do you want to make changes in how you live your life? Do you want to switch things up to move in a different direction? Are you currently navigating a big change?

Therapy can be a great space to work on personal growth and navigate major changes in life. In sessions, you’ll explore, identify, clarify, and move toward goals that are aligned with your values in life.
