Hi, I’m Rebecca.
I provide secure, confidential online therapy to individuals in British Columbia and Saskatchewan. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, or difficult relationships, I’m here to help you move toward greater clarity, balance, and fulfillment.
My clinical areas of focus include anxiety (social, performance, and generalized), panic, phobias and fears (such as driving, vomiting, crowds, or animals), and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I also support individuals coping with grief, burnout, perfectionism, and relational challenges—whether with family, friends, or colleagues.
I help clients better understand themselves, manage anxiety, set boundaries, and build meaningful lives aligned with their values. My approach combines deep listening with practical tools, empowering you to move through areas where you feel stuck and make intentional changes.
Online therapy—also known as telepsychology—is a convenient, effective, and research-backed way to access care. Since beginning virtual practice in 2020, and have seen how effective virtual therapy can be, particularly for those seeking flexibility, privacy, and accessibility.
